I’m Laura, a Board Certified Functional Health Coach (A-CFHC and NBC-HWC) with a passion for helping women reclaim their health, focus, and vitality—especially at midlife.
I’m the only Functional Health Coach in the UK who’s board certified and trained to support women during menopause. In 2025 I'm becoming certified in ADHD coaching too. My work blends science-backed strategies with real-life experience to help women navigate weight loss, hormonal balance, hair loss and ADHD.
My journey into Functional Health started with my own family’s health struggles—managing autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s and Alopecia. After wasting time and money on trichologists and dermatologists searching for answers, I developed an evidence-based approach to hair regrowth that has helped countless women regain their confidence.
But hair loss is just one piece of the puzzle. I’ve worked with women who’ve tried everything to feel better—whether it’s losing weight, managing hormones, or regaining energy—only to end up feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and frustrated by one-size-fits-all advice.
What I’ve learned? Functional Health Coaching works because it’s personalised. It gives women the tools and strategies to take control of their health—and their lives.
During my time coaching hundreds of women for a not-for-profit organisation, I saw the same patterns emerge—women in their 40s and 50s who were late diagnosed ADHD AND facing midlife challenges. I decided to focus on perimenopause and ADHD support.
The Functional Health approach tackles the root cause of your symptoms. It works when you're sick of being fobbed off by your GP. It works because it's personalised to you. Most importantly we start where you are. Navigating midlife changes is an opportunity to reset and lay the foundations for a healthy life.
