Perimenopause can be a challenging time particularly if you're juggling ALL of the things (home, family, work, caring responsibilities) without looking after yourself. My job is to support you to achieve optimal health, and ultimately become redundant as you no longer need me. After working with hundreds of women I know what's going to work to help you feel better. That's not the challenging part though. It gets interesting when you start to implement these changes in your life and figure out what's going to work best for you.

I'm a Mum to three teenagers. I retrained as a Functional Health Coach after managing my own autoimmune disease (Hashimoto's) into remission. I'm a Board Certified Functional Health Coach (A-CFHC and NBC-HWC) living back in the UK after many years overseas. I love working with women who have tried 'everything' to lose weight or balance their hormones. I was coaching for a not-for-profit organisation when I realised that so many women were having similar issues at midlife. Every day women were telling me that they were taking care of all of the people in their lives (apart from themselves). By Friday they'd be exhausted with no energy and relying on prosecco to help them through the weekend!
