Auto Immune Protocol Support

This coaching program will help you to get to grips with the Auto Immune Protocol (AIP). There’s a lot of information available online, but information is only part of the answer (otherwise Dr Google would have resolved all illnesses by now ;)). I can support you to make the changes that will increase your chances of success on this challenging diet protocol.

This is a 2 month program, comprising 4 sessions, which are rolled out at your own pace, either weekly or bi-weekly or a mix of the two seems to work for most clients.

AIP Support

My AIP Support program includes helping you to clear-out and restock your kitchen. You can dive straight into full AIP or slowly migrate to being fully on the plan. I can help you to tailor your meal plans around what you like to eat. I’m happy to work alongside your doctor or nutritionist to help you to implement the lifestyle changes that you need to make to be healthier.

A key area that we’ll dive into together is where you anticipate difficulties in moving to this way of eating. We’ll cover what your best options would be if you’re eating out.

The Auto Immune Protocol will probably challenge you in the kitchen, as you’ll likely be using different ingredients than you’re used to. When I tried this diet the most challenging area for me was cooking with different types of fats. This resulted in some really interesting flavours. I think that it’s fair to say that before trying the AIP I’d never heard of coconut aminos! A favourite family dish was ribs cooked in the pressure cooker.

The AIP diet changed the way that I shopped, cooked and ate food. For example, I loved using Sarah Ballantyne’s recipes https://www.thepaleomom.com/category/recipes/, plantain waffles became a breakfast treat along with bacon from the butcher.

Option 1: £200 per month for two months. The first session will be up to 1.5 hours, with subsequent sessions up to 50 minutes. You can choose to extend at the end of the program if you would like additional support. Existing clients will take preference over those on the waiting list.
